I’ve spent over 30 years working in admin and finance - in small businesses, trades, and managerial roles in education and agriculture. In that time, I’ve seen the same thing play out again and again: capable business owners drowning in the back-end stuff that has nothing to do with why they started their business.

I’m the person people call when things are a mess and they don’t know where to start. I’ve always been the one who looks at a problem, figures out what needs to happen, and gets it sorted. That’s not a method or a framework - it’s just how I operate.

Baines Horizon exists because I wanted to take that same approach and put it to work for small business owners and tradies who need reliable, practical support without the corporate price tag or the complicated process. Based in Port Lincoln, I work remotely with clients who need someone they can trust to handle the admin properly - and just get on with it.
